Corporations are registered within their territories and countries, not globally. In time we believe it will get there. But it's not how corporate law works.

Interesting idea - but there exists a structure to achieve this - smart contract protocols. If look at a platform in US like Decentralized Pictures founded by American Zoetrope> This is a great example of smart contract deploying the functionality you described. There are others.
Our goal is to get the first law on the books in 2026 and run a pilot program from there, with national and international expansion 2027+. But one step at a time.
